Warm balmy nights & asian flavours are a match made in heaven. Asian fusion is my favourite style of cooking. The flavours are zesty, punchy & balanced & the food is fresh and tasty. In this class you’ll learn some Asian inspired gut healing recipes, that the whole family will love.

A lot of Asian food has sauces in it that make it a less than healthy alternative. Learn which sauces you can substitute to ensure that your family are getting a healthy meal. 

All dishes in this demonstration style cooking class are Gluten, dairy & refined sugar free. 

I will be teaching a fermented dish in this class: Spicy probiotic carrots.

In this demonstration style class, I'll teach you how to make: 

Buckwheat soba noodle, vegetable, organic tempeh & spicy probiotic carrot salad,

Spicy probiotic carrots, 

Spicy Asian White Bean Hommus

Lime & Coconut Pannacotta with mango & shredded kaffir lime leaf dust (this dish is made with Beef Gelatin). 

Probiotic Rich Milk Kefir

Milk Kefir, Mango and Cardamom Lassi

You will recieve tastings of these delicious foods & be taught how to make these step by step. The recipes will be emailed to you, so that you have them in PDF format whenever you need them.
