In this demonstration style class, I'll teach you how to make:

Sauerkraut - an old time favourite fermented cabbage powerhouse. 

Kombucha - a fermented beverage made from tea & sugar. This is loved by my whole family. 

Kimchi - a slightly spicy Korean fermented food that will tingle your tastebuds. 

Probiotic Spicy Hommus - a delicious, nutritious & probiotic dip that makes your taste buds sing!

You will recieve tastings of these delicious fermented foods & beverages & take home your own Kombucha culture (scoby) so that you can make your own fizzy fermented beverage at home.
