Healthful Treats class - learn how to make a variety of Healthy & delicious sweet treats such as Healthy Snickers Slice, Raw chocolate, Raw lemon slice & more. 

Healthful Breakfasts - learn how to make Carrot cake spiced oats, 3 ingredient pancakes, coconut milk, superfood smoothie, Coco-nutty crunch granola, banana & chocolate protein muffins. 

Quick & nutritious dinners - learn how to make Asian cauliflower rice salad, nourishing winter soup, paleo almond bread with cashew & beetroot cheese & a turmeric latte to finish off.  

Guilt Free snacks-  learn how to make Paleo Almond & vegetable bread with Cashew Cheese spread, Coconut & berry chia puddings, Chocolate & peanut butter protein slice.

Fermentation 101 - Learn why we should be eating fermented foods & including them in our everyday diet. I will teach you how to make Sauerkraut, Kimchi & Kombucha.
