This workshop is for those who love to get their hands dirty and want to make their own ferments to take home, all whilst learning about the reasons why we should be including these probiotic rich foods in our daily diets.

In this HANDS ON class, I will teach you about the ancient art of Fermentation, and the following recipes for you to make and then take home:

Dill and Fennel Sauerkraut

Spicy Korean Kimchi

Chai Spiced Kombucha

Crunchy Dill Pickles

Coconut Kefir

After we’ve made everything, we will sit down and enjoy a light meal full of fermented goodness that you’ve just made!

I will also have makeup artist Danielle McGillvray there on the day to explain the Savvy Minerals make up range, and she will be able to colour match your skin and give some professional tips and tricks for this beautiful makeup.
