This workshop is for those who love to get their hands dirty and want to make their own ferments to take home, all whilst learning about the reasons why we should be including these probiotic rich foods in our daily diets.
In this HANDS ON class, I will teach you about the ancient art of Fermentation, and the following recipes for you to make and then take home:
Dill and Fennel Sauerkraut
Spicy Korean Kimchi
Chai Spiced Kombucha
After we’ve made everything, we will sit down and enjoy a light lunch full of fermented goodness that you’ve just made!

Investment: $109 which includes a take home jar of Kimchi, Sauerkraut, Coconut Yoghurt and the starters for Kombucha and Kefir. It also includes a full recipe booklet, and a light dinner of all dishes prepared in class.
