Raw Chocolate and Raspberry Cheesecake: this creamy and deluxe dessert is super easy to make and will impress all of your guests.

Raspberry, lime and Coconut Pannacotta’s: these indulgent sweets are so easy to make in advance and store in the fridge until you are ready to serve on Christmas day.

Banana, Coconut, Cinnamon and Macadamia Icecream: the creamiest and most decadent icecream, which has no dairy or refined sugar in it.

Best ever Sundried Tomato, Basil and Capsicum Pesto: this raw dip is packed with nutrients and absolutely full of flavour.

Paleo Crunchy, seedy crackers: made only from seeds and seasoning, these crackers make the perfect addition to any snack platter. Make in bulk and keep in the freezer until you are ready to serve!

Raw White Christmas: the ultimate Christmas treat with coconut, dried raspberries, pistachios, macadamia’s and more.

Christmas Crunch Salad: crunchy, zesty and delicious, this salad makes the perfect dish to bring to a Summer party.

Warm balmy nights & asian flavours are a match made in heaven. Asian fusion is my favourite style of cooking. The flavours are zesty, punchy & balanced & the food is fresh and tasty. In this class you’ll learn some Asian inspired gut healing recipes, that the whole family will love.

A lot of Asian food has sauces in it that make it a less than healthy alternative. Learn which sauces you can substitute to ensure that your family are getting a healthy meal. 

All dishes in this demonstration style cooking class are Gluten, dairy & refined sugar free. 

I will be teaching a fermented dish in this class: Spicy probiotic carrots.

In this demonstration style class, I'll teach you how to make: 

Buckwheat soba noodle, vegetable, organic tempeh & spicy probiotic carrot salad,

Spicy probiotic carrots, 

Spicy Asian White Bean Hommus

Lime & Coconut Pannacotta with mango & shredded kaffir lime leaf dust (this dish is made with Beef Gelatin). 

Probiotic Rich Milk Kefir

Milk Kefir, Mango and Cardamom Lassi

You will recieve tastings of these delicious foods & be taught how to make these step by step. The recipes will be emailed to you, so that you have them in PDF format whenever you need them.
