Join Kate from Fremantle Yoga Centre and Kristen Pavez, whole food educator, for an afternoon of gentle movement and whole food delights. Spring is a time of growth, it’s time to clear out the dust of winter and get your body ready for the active months of Summer.
Kate will guide you through a gentle aroma yoga class, where you will be restored and renewed (no yoga experience necessary). After yoga, you will learn a selection of 3 whole food recipes, which you will then get to enjoy together for a sumptuous whole food afternoon tea.
