So, you want to learn more about the ancient art of Fermentation? Or, you are completely new to Fermentation. Either way, this workshop will be for you.

At this demonstration style class, Kristen will explain the benefits of eating these probiotic rich foods, and she will demonstrate her favourite ways to incorporate them into your daily diet.

Learn how to make:

Coconut Water Kefir,

Fermented mixed berries,

Chai Spiced Kombucha,

Coconut Yoghurt,

Fermented Chilli and Garlic sauce - you’ll have to lock this one up, it’s SUPER addictive!

Purple German Sauerkraut,

Fermented Dill pickles. These are super crunchy and delicious to eat with your favourite cheese, or on a burger, or just straight out of the jar! At this workshop, you will get to DIY your own pickles to take home. Make sure you bring a 200-250ml jar to pop your pickles in.

Probiotic Guacamole: this creamy, gut loving dish tastes incredible with your favourite vegetables, your favourite salads or spread on toast or crackers.

Included in this class is a 20 page PDF e-book which has recipes, trouble shoots, common Q&A’s about Fermenting and the history of Fermentation. Attendees will be taught how to make each dish, and then get to sample all of them at the end of the class. Each attendee will also take home their own jar of dill pickles made in class.
