Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It’s where we set ourselves up for success, and fuel our bodies for a busy day. It’s quite often overlooked, as our lives are so busy, and we are rushing out the door to get kids to school or get to work.

Learn how to make Kristen’s favourite breakfasts, which you can prepare in advance on a Sunday, and keep in the fridge all week, until you are ready to eat them. Better yet, most of them double as a snack, so that they can be popped into a lunchbox for kids, or for yourself. All recipes are free of dairy and refined sugar.
