Sauerkraut - an old time favourite fermented cabbage powerhouse. 

Kombucha - a fermented beverage made from tea & sugar. This is loved by my whole family. 

Kimchi - a slightly spicy Korean fermented food that will tingle your tastebuds. 

Milk Kefir: This fermented milk drink tastes lovely with breakfast or better yet, blended into your favourite smoothie.

Milk Kefir Mango Smoothie: a delicious probiotic rich smoothie that everyone will love.

Creamy Coconut Yoghurt: learn how to make your own delicious fermented coconut yoghurt. This dairy free yoghurt is super creamy and easy to make.

Deluxe Peppermint crunch Raw Chocolate Bark: this deluxe dessert only takes a few minutes to make, and is a real show stopper!
