Gut Loving whole foods Cooking class FREMANTLE

Gut Loving whole foods cooking class FREMANTLE

Studies suggest that eating fermented foods is highly beneficial for gut health, mood & weight management. Eating fermented foods that are probiotic rich & gut healing have proven to be very good for our overall health.

Fermented foods & beverages are very inexpensive & easy to make.

Come & join me for an informative, fun & interactive cooking class where I will teach you how to make:

Sauerkraut - an old time favourite fermented cabbage powerhouse.

Kombucha - a fermented beverage made from tea & sugar. This is loved by my whole family. To purchase a Kombucha Starter Kit to pick up at the event, click here.

Kimchi - a slightly spicy Korean fermented food that will tingle your tastebuds.

Probiotic Spicy Hommus - a delicious, nutritious & probiotic dip that makes your taste buds sing!

Chicken Bone broth: This nutrient rich powerhouse is called Jewish Penicillin for good reason. It is so healing for the gut, due to it’s high content of amino acids, collagen and vitamins and minerals.

Deluxe Hazelnut and Orange Raw Chocolate Bark: this deluxe dessert only takes a few minutes to make, and is a real show stopper!

Cold pressed juice and Kombucha jellies: these gut healing jellies are a favourite with children and adults. They are high in protein, probiotic rich and taste delicious!

You will recieve tastings of these delicious fermented foods & beverages & be sent your recipes via email in PDF format so that you have access to them at all times.
