At this demonstration style class, Kristen will explain the benefits of eating these probiotic rich foods, and she will demonstrate her favourite ways to incorporate them into your daily diet.
Learn how to make:
Coconut Water Kefir,
Fermented mixed berries,
Fermented Chilli and Garlic sauce - you’ll have to lock this one up, it’s SUPER addictive!
Purple German Sauerkraut,
Fermented Dill pickles. These are super crunchy and delicious to eat with your favourite cheese, or on a burger, or just straight out of the jar!
