Fermentation and Treats Workshop MERREDIN

I have recently visited York, Pingrup and Kellerberrin to teach this Fermenting workshop, and due to it’s success, I’ve been asked to bring this class to Merredin in 2019.

Studies suggest that eating fermented foods is highly beneficial for gut health, mood & weight management. Eating fermented foods that are probiotic rich & gut healing have proven to be very good for our overall health. 

Fermented foods & beverages are very inexpensive & easy to make. 

Come & join Kristen for an informative, fun & interactive workshop where Kristen will teach you in a demonstration style class how to make:

Sauerkraut - an old time favourite fermented cabbage powerhouse. 

Kombucha - a fermented beverage made from tea & sugar. This is loved by my whole family. 

Coconut Yoghurt - so simple to make, with only 3 ingredients. It's super creamy and delicious. You will get to enjoy it with some Fermented Strawberries, which are also so easy to make.

Probiotic Paleo Spicy Hommus - a delicious, nutritious & probiotic dip that makes your taste buds sing!

Passionfruit, lemon & Coconut raw cheesecake: the most decadent and delicious cheesecake, that has no dairy or gluten in it.

Raw Chocolate: Learn how to make the most delicious, creamy raw chocolate that will satiate your taste buds and get your happy hormones flowing. This is a chocolate you can eat without guilt, as it’s full of nutrient rich ingredients.
