I recently visited York and did a Fermenting workshop, and due to it’s success, I’ve been asked to visit Pingrup, to teach a Fermentation and Raw Treats workshop.
In this fun and interactive workshop, I will teach you about the benefits of eating fermented foods, why they are so good for us and how eating them can help better manage our stress levels. I will also share with you some of my other favourite stress management tools, including essential oils and raw chocolate.
Studies suggest that eating fermented foods is highly beneficial for gut health, mood & weight management. Eating fermented foods that are probiotic rich & gut healing have proven to be very good for our overall health.

Sauerkraut - an old time favourite fermented cabbage powerhouse.

Milk Kefir (dairy): a fermented milk drink, which is probiotic rich and tastes amazing in smoothies or on your cereal.
Probiotic rich Mango Lassi: using the Milk Kefir, I will teach you my favourite way to use this fermented beverage, and turn it into a deliciously creamy and slightly spiced Mango Lassi.
Raw Chocolate: Learn how to make the most delicious, creamy raw chocolate that will satiate your taste buds and get your happy hormones flowing. This is a chocolate you can eat without guilt, as it’s full of nutrient rich ingredients.
Creamy Almond Milk: you will never buy Almond Milk again after tasting how creamy & deluxe it is when it’s made from scratch.
Healthy Hot Jaffa Chocolate: this decadent hot chocolate is guilt free, made with whole foods and with a slight taste of orange, it will become a firm winter favourite in your house.
You will receive tastings of these delicious fermented foods & beverages & and also receive tastings of the Raw Chocolate and Hot Chocolate. Each attendee will go home with a recipe booklet, a goody bag and full instruction will be provided on how each dish is made. You will also take home your own Kombucha Scoby, so you can start fermenting as soon as you get home.
