In this class you will learn one of my favourite fermented recipes, Kimchi, as well as some collagen rich foods including bone broth and jellies. Collagen has amino acids in it, which can assist in restoring your gut health.

Spiced Korean Kimchi - a slightly spicy Korean fermented food that will tingle your tastebuds.
Ginger and Chilli probiotic carrots- these are super quick to make and taste delicious with your favourite asian dishes, or on your cheeseboard.
Chicken Bone broth: This nutrient rich powerhouse is called Jewish Penicillin for good reason. It is so healing for the gut, due to it’s high content of amino acids, collagen and vitamins and minerals.
Cold pressed juice and Kombucha jellies: these gut healing jellies are a favourite with children and adults. They are high in protein, probiotic rich and taste delicious!
This class will be held online via Zoom and will go for 45 minutes. There will be time at the end for questions and answers to be asked in my Facebook group. One day before the class the recipes will be emailed, and the code for the class will be sent out 5 minutes prior to it starting. This class will be held live, so please ensure you block it into your diary.
