Come join me for an informative evening learning about my whole food pantry & fridge essentials for healthful living. 

All of the dishes I'll teach you in this class are Gluten free, dairy free & refined sugar free. 

I'll teach you how to make: 

Paleo Almond & Vegetable bread

Cinnamon Spice Almond, Cashew & Brazil Nut butter

Paleo Strawberry, Vanilla & Chia Jam

Paleo fruit juice jellies

Creamy Almond Milk

Healthy Hot Chocolate

Chicken Bone broth. 

Included in the admission price is a recipe booklet & treats for you to sample. 

*Please note that some of these dishes are made with a Thermomix in class, but alternative instructions for those with food processors are given in the recipe booklet*.
