In this demonstration style class, I'll teach you how to make:
Buckwheat soba noodle, vegetable, organic tempeh & spicy probiotic carrot salad,
Spicy probiotic carrots,
Probiotic Sweet Potato & Cashew cheese,
Coconut Pannacotta with mango & kaffir lime leaf dust (this dish is made with Beef Gelatin).
You will recieve tastings of these delicious foods & be taught how to make these step by step. You will also take home a goody bag with a recipe booklet.
