Probiotic Banana Berry smoothie
As most of you know, I'm always looking for sneaky ways to sneak in some extra goodness into my fussy children's food. So when I discovered Gutsy Life and their probiotic sachets, I knew these would be a great way to boost my children's probiotic consumption & keep their gut's healthy.
I actually had to hide these sachets from the kids, they loved taking them in their drink bottles to school each day!

Probiotic Banana Berry Smoothie
Ingredients (serves 4):
2 cups of filtered water,
1 Cup of Coconut Milk,
100g of Almonds,
120g of Strawberries or Raspberries,
1 frozen banana,
2 TBSP of yoghurt of choice - I used Coconut yoghurt,
1 handful of ice,
1 Gutsy Life Elderberry & LIme sachet.
Blend on a high speed in your blender until smooth & creamy. Enjoy immediately.
