Quick & Easy Banana Oat Bliss Balls

Each Sunday I make snacks for lunch boxes. I was in the process of making some Banana & Oat cookies, when I had a taste of the mixture & discovered that they were way too tasty to bake. The Banana Oat Bliss Ball was born! Some mistakes turn out to be huge wins :).

Ingredients (Makes 24 Balls): 

300g Ripe Banana's. 

1 TBSP Raw Honey.

300g Whole Oats.

1 cup of Dessicated coconut plus extra for rolling.

1/2 cup of Melted butter or melted Coconut oil. 

1 TBSP Cinnamon. 

Small pinch of good salt. 

Method: 

Place all ingredients into High speed food processor/Thermomix & blend in high speed until combined & mixture starts to clump together. 

Roll into balls & coat in your favorite topping. My kids & I rolled ours in Coconut & Cinnamon. 

Store in an air-tight container in the Freezer for up to two weeks.
