Healthful Hot Chocolate
Here is a wonderful winter warming recipe to warm your heart & soul during these colder months. My whole family enjoy this treat. My kids ask me for it every time it rains, it has become a bit of a winter ritual in our house. Enjoy!
150-200ML OF MILK OF CHOICE PER PERSON (I LIKE TO USE NUT MILK/COCONUT MILK)
1-2 HEAPED TBSP OF RAW CACAO
2 HEAPED TBSP OF RAW HONEY/MAPLE SYRUP
1 DROP OF YOUNG LIVING CINNAMON BARK OIL OR 2 DROPS OF YOUNG LIVING ORANGE OIL (click here to purchase oils).
SAUCEPAN: PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO SAUCEPAN & PUT ON A MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL MIXTURE STARTS TO BUBBLE. USE A WHISK TO STIR UNTIL ALL OF THE MIXTURE HAS COMBINED & APPEARS FROTHY.
ONCE COMBINED, POUR INTO MUGS & ENJOY.
THERMOMIX: PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO JUG & COOK FOR FOR 5-6 MINUTES ON 90 DEGREES, SPEED 2.
ONCE IT IS HOT ENOUGH FOR YOUR LIKING, GENTLY INCREASE TO SPEED 9 FOR 1 MINUTE.
